1 1/2 pounds cream cheese
1/4 cup roasted garlic
1/2 T. green onions, chopped
1/8 cup fresh basil
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/2 T. Horseradish
1 T. crab meat
1/8 cup roasted red peppers
1/2 T. hickory smoked mustard
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cream cheese. Cut cream cheese into cubes and put in mixer. Mix until smooth. Add rest of ingredients and mix until smooth. Store in refrigerator. Serve with crackers. Yields 3 cups
