1 loin-end Pork Roast (about 5 pounds)
10 large cloves Garlic, slivered
2 Tbsp. dried Rosemary (or fresh), crumbled
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ½ inch slits in the surface of the pork roast. Combine Garlic, Rosemary, Salt, and Pepper in a bowl. Using the tip of a spoon stuff slits in pork roast with garlic mixture, rub the remaining garlic mixture into surface of pork with fingertips.

Place pork roast, bone side down (if ribs) in a roasting pan. Roast, uncovered at 350 degrees for 18 minutes per pound or until internal temperature of pork reaches 160 – 170. When the roast is cooked, remove from the oven, cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
