1 cup Shortening
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 cup crushed Pineapple & Juice
1 tsp. Vanilla
4 cups sifted Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Soda
½ tsp. Salt
1 cup Nuts

Directions:

Cream shortening & sugars. Add beaten eggs; pineapple, vanilla and mix well. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture. Add chopped nuts. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees.
