1 medium Onion
2 lbs. Hamburger
12 oz. can of Corn
2 tsp. Salt
6 - Tortillas
½ tsp. Oregano
½ tsp. Rosemary
½ tsp. Pepper
2 (8 oz.) cans Tomato Sauce
2 (10 oz.) cans Mild Enchilada Sauce
3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Hamburger and Onion. Combine Tomato and Enchilada Sauce. Pour into meat mixture along with spices and Corn. Line 8x8 pan with half of Tortillas, ½ of meat mixture, ½ of cheese, half of tortillas, ½ of meat mixture and ½ of cheese. Bake for ½ hour at 350 degrees covered in aluminum foil.
