2 lbs. ground beef
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
1 c. mild taco sauce
1 c. frozen corn
salt
8 inch flour tortillas (about 5 or 6)
2.5 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 425º.
In a large skillet, add ground beef and season with chili powder, cumin, and onion. Brown the meat. Add taco sauce, black beans drained, and corn. Heat through. Season with salt to taste.

Coat a 9x13 pan with a little olive oil. Build lasagna in layers of meat mixture, tortillas, then cheese. Repeat: meat, tortillas, cheese. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is brown and bubbly.

*Cut tortillas in 1/2 or 1/4's to make it easier to layer.
