2 Pheasants
salt and pepper
paprika
flour
1/2 cup butter
2 cup sour cream
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced green olives
1 Tbsp. chopped pimientos

Directions:
Directions:
Split birds in pieces. Combine salt, pepper, paprika and flour to taste. Dredge birds in flour. Brown in butter. Remove birds to tightly covered casserole. Add remaining ingredients (except sour cream) to butter and fry until browned.
Add sour cream and pour over birds. Cover and bake at 300º for two hours or until tender.
