1 c. graham cracker
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. margarine
2 pkg. cream cheese softened, 8 oz.
1/2 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. apple slices, peeled, thinly sliced
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 4 ingredients together and press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup of sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla; pour this mixture over the crust. Toss apples with combine sugar and cinnamon. Spoon apple mixture over cream cheese layer and sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350º for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill and serve.
