1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
sprinkle of salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup milk
2 cups fruit and juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a 2 quart baking dish.
Make batter of the dry ingredients and the milk.
Pour the batter over the melted butter but Do Not stir. Pour 2 cups of your favorite fruit with juice over the batter but Do Not stir..Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over the batter, you guessed it, Do Not stir.
Bake at 375º for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

I like to prepare this because it is so simple to put together. While it is baking I can get the rest of the meal prepared. It is best served while still warm.
