3 links Italian style turkey sausage, sliced and browned
1/2 T. olive oil
1 13.8-oz. roll refrigerated classic pizza crust
1 c. fresh herbs (oregano, basil, parsley, etc.), chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 8-oz. can sliced mushrooms
2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
40 slices turkey pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Slice sausage and brown in olive oil, set aside. Spray or grease a 13"x9"x2" casserole dish. Roll out pizza dough evenly in bottom of pan, pressing dough about a one-half inch up the sides of the dish. Sprinkle herbs and garlic powder on top of dough, pressing slightly so that herbs are somewhat embedded in the dough. Pour tomato sauce evenly over herbs. Layer evenly onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, sausage, cheese and end with pepperoni on top. Bake in preheated 425º oven for 16-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. One tablespoon of Italian seasoning can be substitued for fresh herbs.
