1/2 cup sugar
2 pkgs frozen strawberries
1 cup whipping cream
Vanilla wafers
4 large egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
In a large electric mixing bowl, combine the unbeaten egg whites, sugar and strawberries in smaller pieces, beat until thick and the bowl is filled approximately 15 minutes. Fold in the whipped cream. Line a 9x13 pan with crushed vanilla wafers, reserving a few for top. Pour the strawberry mixture in the pan, sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Cover and freeze. This dessert does not freeze solid; serve when removed from freezer.
