5 cups flour
3 cups sugar
5 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
7 1/2 cups Raisin Bran (15 oz box)
1 quart buttermilk
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs (beaten)
cinnamon sugar mixture

Directions:

Blend all dry ingredients together.

Add buttermilk, oil and eggs.

Blend until all ingredients are well moistened.

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

I got this recipe from mom Willis years ago.

If you don't want to make the full 4 dozen, the batter can be kept in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks.
