3 eggs
2 & 2/3 T milk
2 c sugar
4 T flour
3/4 tsp nutmeg
4 c raw or frozen rhubarb, cut up
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, add milk.
Mix together flour, sugar & nutmeg.
Mix with the liquid & add rhubarb.
Pour into pastry shell.
Dot with butter.
Bake @ 425º 10 minutes, then reduce to 375º and bake another 40-50 minutes.
May lattice top if desired.
