2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
4 large apples peeled and chopped
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Mix apples, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add flour mix and oil. When well blended add the chopped. Place in a greased bundt, loaf pan or muffin tins. Bake at 350º unitil knife inserted comes out clean.
30-35 minutes for muffins
40- 55 minutes for loafs
