4 pounds fresh strawberries

1 1/3 cup sugar
2 T Splenda
1 cup mixed fruit juice
1 pkge Bernadine Sugarfree certo

Directions:
Directions:
Clean, hull and quarter strawberries. Use a slap chop or pampered chef chopper and coarsely chop berries. Add sugars and let sit for about an hour. Add certo and bring to a boil. Boil for one minute. Put in jars. Can be used as jam, ice cream topping or on pancakes.
