Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 pieces of white fish
Old Bay Seasoning© (optional)
1 envelope of Lawry’s Chicken Fajita Seasoning©
1 medium container of sour cream
4 limes
1 lemon
Extra virgin olive oil (about 2 Tbsp.)
1 small bag of shredded cabbage for coleslaw (without the dressing)
1 bunch of cilantro, washed and chopped
Corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
In a glass dish, combine olive oil, the juice of one lemon, the juice of two limes, and 1/2 of the Lawry’s Chicken Fajita Seasoning© envelope. Coat both sides of the fish and let it marinate for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle a little Old Bay© seasoning on the fish if desired. While the fish is marinating, combine the sour cream and remaining seasoning from the Lawry’s© envelope in a bowl. Thin out the sour cream mixture with milk to desired consistency.

Grill the fish on the barbecue until it begins to flake. Remove from heat and place into a bowl or serving dish; using a fork, break the fish into bite-size pieces. Serve on a warmed corn tortilla with sauce, the coleslaw cabbage, a pinch of cilantro, and a wedge of lime.
