Salmon
Olive oil
Spicy mustard
Soy sauce
Shredded coconut - to your liking
Salted almonds - to your liking
Capers - to your liking

Directions:
Directions:
Mix same amount (or to your liking) spicy mustard/soy sauce.
Brush spicy mustard/soy sauce mixture onto salmon.
Lightly oil baking dish.
Place salmon on baking dish.
Add coconut, almond, and capers to your liking.
Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
