1 can of tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef or turkey meat
1 cup uncooked rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup minced onion
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Lightly beat egg with a fork, then add a heaping tablespoon of tomato soup and mix lightly.
2. Mix in rice, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Stir in the ground beef and mix well with hands.
4. Form mixture into 1 1/2 inch round meatballs.
5. Coat a large skillet over medium heat with oil.
6. Cook meatballs and brown on all sides.
7. Combine remaining soup with Worcestershire (increase or decrease Worcestershire to liking). Stir until smooth, then spoon over meatballs.
8. Cover with lid and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring every few minutes.
