1 bag of lentils
1 package of ground turkey
Olive oil
2-3 garlic gloves, chopped
1/2 brown onion, chopped
1 bay leaf
1 can tomato sauce
Water
2-3 carrots, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 potatoes, chopped
Salt
Any other preferred vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Add some olive oil to a pot and heat on medium. Add chopped garlic cloves to the oil and stir with a wooden spoon until they are a little tender (maybe ten to fifteen seconds). Be careful not to burn them and then add the onions until they are tender. Add the bay leaf and stir. Then, add the ground turkey and cook until all of the pink is gone. Once the turkey is ready, add the can of tomato sauce plus four cans of water (using the same tomato can). Let the soup boil and once the lentils are soft, add carrots, tomato, and any other vegetables you want to add. Boil until tender and add salt to taste.
