1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. zucchini, sliced and partially cooked
Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
buttered bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion. Put in casserole. Layer zucchini, sliced cheese and soup over meat. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300-325º.
