1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
3/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 eggs, slightly beaten
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup diced onion
6 strips of cheddar cheese about 4 X 1/2 inch
6 slices raw bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Divide into 6 equal parts. Shape each part of beef mixture around a strip of cheese, so they resemble logs. Wrap a slice of bacon around each log. Place on jelly roll pan. Brush liberally with Worchestershire sauce. Bake in a 450º oven for 15-18 minutes, or until done as desired, brushing once more with sauce.
