1- 3oz box of Lime Jello
3/4 cup water
1 cup small curd cottage cheese, rinsed
1 8oz can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 cup cool whip
1 cup Chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the water to a boil, add the jello and stir. Let it thicken and cool. With a mixer beat until light and frothy.
Stir in the rest of ingredients. Refriderate 2 hours.

I remember Grandma Willis always made this cool, refreshing fluffy side dish. We all loved it. This is as close as I can come to her recipe.
