Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 T. Bread Machine Yeast
1 T. Gluten- optional
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3 cups white flour
1/2 cup 7 Grain Cereal*
1/4 c Sunflower Seeds
1 2/3 tsp salt
1 2/3 T. sugar
3 1/3 T. powdered milk
1 3/4 T. margarine, melted
2 cup + 2 T. water (90-100 degrees)
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put bread machine on Manual Mode. IMPORTANT: ADD INGREDIENTS IN THIS ORDER yeast, gluten, 2 cups white flour, 7 grain cereal* (grandpa uses Bob's Red Mill 7 Grain Hot Cereal found in a Health Food section of your grocery store), wheat flour, last cup of white flour, then sunflower seeds. Add salt, sugar and powdered milk. Melt butter in microwave. Add to machine. Warm water, and lemon juice in microwave to 100 degrees, add. Start the machine and let mix 1 or 2 times. (If your machine does 2 that is better.)
When mixing is completed, turn dough out onto floured surface and cut into 2 equal portions. Place into loaf pans greased well with Crisco. Cover with a tea towel to let rise in warm kitchen. If kitchen is to cool it will take longer to rise, therefore you can turn your oven on to heat, then turn it off and place pans in the warm oven. Let rise till double. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until done.
Turn bread loaves out of pan onto a wire cooling rack and brush with butter while still warm, cover with tea towel. Warning: see personal notes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When grandpa's bread is hot and fresh just out of the oven and any grandchild-- especially Paul's boys are around the bread will disappear immediately!
