1 can evaporated milk
1, 3oz pkg lemon jello
1 c boiling water
1/2 c cold water
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 c vanilla water cookies, crumbled
1/2 c sugar
1/2 sq grated semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:

Pour evaporated milk into 9x5 pan and freeze about 2 hours until ice crystals from around the edge.

Meanwhile, dissolve gelatin in boiling H2O.
Stir in cold water, peel, and juice.
Cool at room temp.
Chill a large bowl and beaters.
Sprinkle 1/2 of crumbs in a 2 qt. shallow baking pan.
Beat cream with cold beaters, in cold bowl, until stiff peaks form.
Gradually beat in sugar, then gelatin mixture, until well blended.
Turn into pan, and sprinkle with crumbs.
Garnish with chocolate.
Top each with whipped cream, and enjoy the squeals of delight.
