1 pkg Kraft Caramels
1/2 cup canned milk.
Melt above over low heat, and set aside.

Mix German Chocolate cake mix with 1/3 cup canned milk, 3/4 cup melted butter.
Optional: add1/3 c. chopped nuts.
Directions:
Directions:
Spread 1/2 of the dough in a 13x9x2 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350º for 6 minutes.

Spread caramel mixture and 1 cup chocolate chips onto the baked dough.
Add other half of dough and bake for 15 minutes more.

Cool completely: may put in fridge for 30 minutes.
Cut and serve
