3 cups mashed sweet potatoes ( I used canned)
1/2 cup melted butter
1/3 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
Pour into 2 qt. casserole dish.

In separate bowl mix:
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans
1/3 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
Mix well and sprinkle ontop of sweet potato mixture

Bake 20 to 25 min. @ 400 degrees. Enjoy!

Dave thought this was a pumpkin desert of some kind! He still eats it today and loves it! It is a nice sweet twist to a old favorite.
