1 stick butter
2 cups sugar (no sugar substitute)
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy if desired)
3 cups Quick Oats (must be quick)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Melt butter in large sauce pan. Add sugar, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and quickly mix in remaining ingredients, Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper until set.

I remember making these cookies with Mom and Diana when I as young. I think she got the recipe from her friend Monica Dixion. My kids love making them.
