Pieces of chicken
1 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and spices together. Roll chicken pieces in this mixture. Place pieces of chicken in heavy deep skillet in hot fat. Brown on both sides. Transfer to roaster. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover and bake in a preheated oven 325º until tender 45-60 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 minutes longer to crisp the outside.
