1 8-inch unbaked pie shell
2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/4 cup Kahlua
3/4 cup pecans
Kahlua Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie shell and set aside in refrigerator. Cream butter and sugar together well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in salt, corn syrup and Kahlua. Arrange pecans in pie shell and carefully and slowly pour Kahlua mixture over. Bake below oven center in a 375º oven for 30 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Serve with Kahlua Cream.
Kahlua Cream: Combine 1/2 c heavy cream and 2 tablespoons Kahlua and beat to soft peaks.
