2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or ice cream wafers
3/4 cups melted butter
3 squares melted chocolate
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups whipped cream
8 oz package miniature marshmallows
crushed peppermint candy sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wafers and 1/4 cup melted butter and pat into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Mix 1/2 cup butter, chocolate, powdered sugar, and eggs. Spread on top of first mixture. Mix whipped cream and marshmallows. Spread on top of 2nd mixture. Sprinkle crushed peppermint on top. Freeze. Take out of freezer about 1/2 hour before serving.

I got this recipe from my home economics teacher at West Central School of Agriculture. This was before there was a concern about raw eggs. I always make it at Christmas time.
