1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
4-cloves of garlic sliced
1-lb of Ricotta Cavatelli
1-lb of Broccoli Florets
1-Pint of Chicken broth
1-cup grated cheese
1/8 lb of butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, bring 5 qts of water to a boil. Lightly salt and cook cavatelli for about 4 mins. (until 1/2 way cooked). Then add broccoli florets. Cook for about 5 mins. Meantime in a saute pan, saute olive oil and garlic, until light golden brown, set aside. Drain cavatelli and broccoli, and toss in the garlic and oil, add chicken broth, butter and grated cheese, simmer for about 3 mins. and serve.
