4 cups of chokecherry juice
1 box of sure jell
5 1/2 cups of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put juice in a large kettle, add the box of sure jell-stir.
Bring to a boil and add all of sugar at one time.
Bring back to a full boil for 1 minute.
Pour into sterilize jelly jars. Seal with kerr lids or paraffin wax.

I follow the recipe on sure jell box for red raspberry jelly...
The recipe for lighter jelly also works.. using less sugar..Then use the lite sure jell box...
