3/4 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
4 T. baking powder
2 heaping T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, milk & butter. Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar & salt. Add flour mixture to potato mixture and combine to make a soft dough. Roll dough to 1/2" thick on floured board. Cut into biscuit. Place on greased pan. Bake 15 minutes.
