Turkey - Bake 325 Degrees 20 min per LB (To thaw turkey in refrigerator, it will thaw about 5 LBS per day)


Pork - Bake 350 Degrees 45 min per LB

Eye Roast - Bake 500 Degrees for ½ the time then turn off oven for the second ½ the time

Boiled Ham - Rinse the ham first then cover with water. Boil simmering 1 ½ - 2 hours
