2 c. all-purpose flour
2 T. salt
2 T. pepper
1 T. dried thyme
1 T. dried tarragon
1 T. ground ginger
1 T. ground mustard
1 t. garlic salt
1 t. dried oregano
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Chicken pieces
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, beat eggs and milk. Place 3/4 c. coating mix in a large resealable bag. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then add to the bag, a few pieces at a time; shake to coat. Heat 1/4" of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken on all sides, transferring to an ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 45-55 minutes.
