1 lb. Jersey ripe tomatoes, diced and drained of excess juice.
5 oz fresh chopped cilantro
1 lg. Spanish white onion diced
2 oz. chopped fine jalapenos
4-6 oz. fresh lemon juice
2-3 oz. fresh lime juice
1 ½ tsp. kosher salt to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Serve with tortilla chips.
Serving for about 4 people.
