1 POUND FARFEL
7 EGGS BEATEN
3 STICKS MARGARINE MELTED
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
1 CUP SUGAR
2 LARGE CANS SLICED PEACHES, PARTIALLY STRAINED
CINNAMON

Directions:
Directions:
Strain farfel with hot water to moisten. Add all ingredients except for the peaches and mix well. Pour half of the mixture into a greased pan larger than 13 x 9. Top with half of the peaches. Pour remaining mixture on top and top with remainder of the peaches. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake uncovered at 375º for one hour.
