Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. stew beef
1 onion, chopped
garlic powder
1 bag egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
sour cream (large container)
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the stew beef in frying pan. Add onion and continue to simmer the onions and beef with water for 2-3 hours. You will need to keep adding water as the beef quickly absorbs it. Add a couple shakes of garlic powder. Cook egg noodles separately. Add noodles to beef along with the soup. Add sour cream and lemon juice to taste. Do not boil after putting sour cream in it. It seems to take about 1- 1 1/2 cups of sour cream.
