2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 c. cornflakes, crushed
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. pepper
2 T. parsley, minced

Sauce:
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
2 TBSP cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. brown mustard
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine meatloaf ingredients with hands. Work in 1/2 the sauce with the meatloaf. Put meatloaf in pan and shape it. Pour the rest of sauce on top and bake for 50 mins.
Add a dash of cayenne for a kick.
