This Recipe may be cut in half - 1/2 recipe will serve about 25.
Mix 2 envelopes of knox gelatin with 1/2 cup cold water. Add 1/2 cup boiling water. Let cool. Put 12 hard boiled eggs thru ricer - mix with 1/2 cup chopped pimento - 2 tablespoons onion juice - 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup chopped parsley - 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 1/2 cup heillamns mayo.
Grease 2 qt mold with Heillams - pour in mixture chill overnight - unmold - serve with party rye
