1 c nuts chopped

1 box powdered sugar
1 lg cream cheese
3 eggs

mix cake mix, butter, 1 egg and nuts and pat down in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
mix p sugar, c cheese and 3 eggs. pour over cake mixture and bake 325º for 50 minutes.
