2 lbs ground beef
27 crushed soda crackers
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. margarine
2 large onions, sliced
2 (1lb) cans Chinese vegetables, drained
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 (10.75 oz.) cans chicken broth
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, crackers, eggs, salt and pepper together and make into little balls. Brown in margarine. Cook sliced onions until wilted. Add Chinese vegetables, mushrooms, chicken broth. Mix cornstarch and soy sauce until smooth. Stir into sauce and simmer, stirring sauce until it bubbles and thickens. Pour ingredients into 3 quart casserole and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
