1 reg. apple peeler and corer
1 med. wood fire, outside
50 lbs. sugar, more or less
1 6 ounce glass of vinegar, optional
1 gram cinnamon oil, optional
3 cans ground cinnamon
Water, as needed
A lot of quart and pint jars, cleaned
