3 lbs. lean pork shoulder, cooked.
1-2 c. stock
2 1lb. cans tomatoes
1 14-oz. bottle ketchup
1 lemon, sliced
2-3 T. vinegar
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 1lb. can cream style corn

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork with small amount of water, salt & pepper until it falls apart. Remove well-cooked pork from bone & chop finely. Let fat settle to top of stock; remove & discard fat. Combine pork, stock, & remaining ingredients except corn. Cook until very thick, stirring often. Add corn. Cook to heat corn.
