4 lbs. pork spareribs (slab)
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. brown sugar
1 t. baking soda
1 t. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Slice ribs into individual pieces.
In large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic & brown sugar.
Stir until honey & sugar are completely dissolved.
Stir in baking soda.
Mixture will begin to foam.
Transfer ribs to the bowl, turn to coat.

Cover cookie sheet with foil.
Arrange ribs "meat" side up.
Pour excess sauce over all.
Sprinkle with garlic salt.

Bake 1 hour, turning every 20 minutes.
