1 lb. Dates, cut fine
1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ tsp. Vanilla
Ritz Crackers, approximately 50
Powdered Sugar to make frosting consistency
1/2 cup Butter
2 tsp. liquid Coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dates and milk in double broiler. Cook over hot water until creamy, but not too thick. Add vanilla, stirring until well blended. Spread about 1 tsp. of filling onto each cracker; keep filling warm for easier spread. Bake at 300 degrees for 8 minutes.

Cool and frost with the following mixture:
Powdered Sugar to make frosting consistency, Butter, and Coffee.
