Baked Pie Shell
˝ tsp. Salt
1 1/4 cups Sugar
1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 cup canned Pumpkin
1 cup Whipping Cream
2 pints Vanilla Ice Cream
Whipped Cream or Caramel Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie crust and bake as directed. Combine all the ingredients; except cream and ice cream; and mix. In separate bowl beat cream till stiff and add pumpkin mixture. Put softened ice cream into pie shell and pour pumpkin mixture over the ice cream. Freeze. Serve with a dab of whipped cream or caramel sauce.
