"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together with electric hand mixer. Add the vanilla, pudding, baking soda; mixing together. Mix the flour into the dough ¼ cup at a time. After the flour is mixed in, add the chocolate chips. Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees until they reach your preferred level of “golden brown”.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
**The dough actually bakes better after it has been refrigerated. It’s a good recipe to mix up, store and bake as you want fresh cookies. You can also shape the dough into a roll and wrap in tin foil, freeze and cut off the pieces as you want them baked.
