1 pkg. seeded Raisins (Muscat)
3 cups Water
2 cups Sugar
½ cup Butter
3 Eggs
3 ½ cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cloves
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 cup Nuts
½ pkg. Dates or Figs
Dried Mixed Fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Cook raisins in the water for 10 minutes. While hot add the sugar and butter. Let cool. Add the remaining ingredients. Put in waxed paper lined tins. Bake in oven at 275 degrees for 1 ½ hours.
