3 Tbsp. melted Lard
1 ½ cups Sugar
2 Eggs
½ tsp. Salt
1 cup Sour Milk
1 Tbsp. Soda
½ cup Sweet Milk
1 tsp. Nutmeg
Flour to roll (6 to 8 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream lard and sugar together. Add eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients alternating with milk. Chill dough and roll out on flour covered board, cut with a donut cutter and fry in deep hot grease (360-375 degrees) turning so both sides brown.
