1 cup Raisins
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
2 well-beaten Egg Yolks
1 cup Sour Cream
Pinch of Salt
5 tsp. Corn Starch

Meringue:
2 Egg Whites
¼ tsp. Cream of Tarter
4 tsp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil together for 10 minutes: Raisins, Sugar, and Water.

Then add: Egg Yolks, Sour Cream, Salt, and Corn Starch. Cook until thick and pour into pie crust.

Top with Meringue:
Beat together Eggs Whites and Cream of Tarter until stiff. Gradually add 4 tsp. of Sugar; spoon over pie mixture, making sure that the meringue seals to the edge of the crust to prevent shrinking.

Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly brown.
